According to some experts, golf is ninety percent mental, meaning that if you are able to achieve an excellent focus on the game, your score will greatly improve. Many programs will teach you how to forget about bad shots and just have a good time on the links. From a physical aspect, a good golf training program is also very important. While golf is not as physical as some sports, there are several key muscles which all golfers use and should be properly built up and stretched before any game. Your abdominal muscles are key in a game of golf, and should be stretched and toned with weights or medicine balls. By getting your muscles limbered up with a physical golf training program, you will be able to improve distance and accuracy on the course.
